Software Engineering to the Highest Degree
Saturn Systems was founded by a software engineer and it’s still run by software engineers today. The vast majority of our developers hold bachelor’s degrees in computer science or computer engineering, and many also have earned master’s degrees.
As a result, you get the deepest, most comprehensive solutions, the brightest ideas, and developers with the most software savvy, for results you can count on.
25+ Years of Proven Performance
Founded in Duluth, Minnesota in 1990, Saturn Systems Software Engineering has moved to the forefront of the development industry by dedicating ourselves to delivering exacting detail and quality results. We’ve helped countless customers achieve their objectives, by applying the right technology to address their challenges and propel their business forward.
A Rural Outsourcing Model That Maximizes Value
Having headquarters in scenic Duluth, Minnesota – on the North Shore of Lake Superior – is integral to our Rural Outsourcing business model. Our location allows us to deliver services at significantly lower costs compared to metro consulting firms, and makes us a smart alternative to the inherent difficulties of using offshore providers.
We are driven to do what is best for our clients, our team members and the communities where we work and live. We sponsor many local organizations and charities, and are proud to support students pursuing careers in software development by funding:
- Two annual academic scholarships for computer science students at the University of Minnesota, Duluth (UMD)
- A renewable scholarship in partnership with the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation, for high school graduates committed to pursuing a computer science degree at UMD
- Seven local teams in the FIRST Robotics Program, an outstanding initiative that helps develop future leaders in the technology industry
