Managing the Outsourced Project
When the Assessment and Transition phases of outsourcing have been completed and the dust settles, we enter the stage of ongoing management of the outsourced system. We have two purposes at this point, maintaining and improving the expected level of service for the system, and working to meet the long range goals for the system as defined by our client.
